The incident took place near the singer's home in West Hollywood….. At the time of the incident, her employee was walking the dogs while Lady Gaga was shooting, but on the way two people opened fire on her employee and took the dogs…  Fled Police say they are trying to determine if the suspects intended to steal Lady Gaga's dogs or if it was an accident…..
